Building Technical Consultant provides necessary technical consultation to housing associations and comprehensively coordinates the building reconstruction process, assisting housing associations in applying for the Kredex support for apartment building reconstruction.

We assess the technical condition of the apartment building and help find suitable reconstruction solutions and technologies. We coordinate and conduct the design procurement process, apply for and submit mandatory permits and notifications, carry out the construction procurement process, represent the housing association during the construction works, and ensure that the construction is carried out in accordance with the contract. We verify the competence, insurances, and warranties of the construction executor, provide guidance to the housing association regarding the acceptance of construction works, verify the documentation and invoices provided by the construction executor, and finally, conduct warranty inspections.

Our work is guided by the requirements and guidelines of Kredex for applying for support for apartment building reconstruction and carrying out the building reconstruction process.
